Ive has the exact same issue all last night and this morning (BST)   i restarted my device, closed my tabs, cleared my cookies and still immediately after i type a little and it autosaves, it tells me i need to refresh. could they at least not make this a popup i have to click no on every 5seconds as a paying member

might be worth trying safari or firefox?

Just to confirm, it's all back to normal and not receiving the message anymore.

same, must have been a simple server/software bug cleared with an update or refresh.
