The loading symbol obscures the "Add Row" button when creating a new interactive table with no rows yet

I have been creating a lot of interactive tables but the interface is very frustrating- I have a blank error message, followed by buttons that aren't very visible.   I have to mouse over "add row" in a specific place to have it actually click that button and not select the nonoperative loading symbol.   The screenshot shows a bit different from what I see- the loading symbol clips over the "add row" and "add column" +'s when the ss tool is not selected

after a row is added, the buttons jump down a bit on the page- making it a nonissue from then forward- but adding the first row is a doozy.

Steps to Reproduce

use sidebar to navigate to "tables" in advanced tools add columns or copy an existing table framework try to add rows, click 10-15 times before first row is added buttons then jump down to a zone of page where they can be clicked normally

Thank you for reporting - it seems to be a bit more than that - it seems that some of the styles in no longer loading correctly   We are on it!
