New standard timelines do not consistently replace month numbers with names

In Legacy timelines, all dates use the month names. For a calendar like Harptos, for the Forgotten Realms, this is essential as the month numbers are meaningless.   The list mode in the new standard timelines leaves the months as numbers, which is not useful. In timescale mode, the months ARE rendered as names in the expanded event on the left, but not in the mouse-over text for the event. I expect month numbers to be replaced by their names consistently, in every view.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a standard timeline with a custom calendar and events that set month and day for dates. 2. Select list mode. 3. View timeline. See that the months are rendered as numbers for the events. 4. Change timeline to legacy. 5. View timeline. See that the months are rendered as names.

It seems this is now fixed. Please take a look and confirm or let me know I missed something.
