Hi! Some questions:  

• Are you able to submit some articles, or is this issue affecting all articles in your world?
• Do you see a submit button at all? If you don't, what do you see instead? If you do, what happens when you click it?
• Could you send me a link to an article that you can't submit? (and if you're able to submit some of them, a link to one of those could be helpful too)

The issue appears to have resolved itself, which is... extremely interesting, because there had been no submit button at all yesterday and part of the day before!   Could we keep this ticket open, in case it happens again and I can grab screenshots and links at that point?   I can no longer get a screenshot, of course, but https://i.imgur.com/8ifkEDU.png here is a screenshot of what I see currently. Yesterday/the end of the previous day, there was simply a word count out of 10,000 listing where the special category widget is now, if that helps.

Hi! Articles are counted for your total wordcount if they are 50 words long or more. However, special category submissions need to be at least 300 words long. I have clarified this in the WorldEmber rules and checked that it works properly, so you should be able to submit your articles after they go over 300 words. Thanks for the report!
