Articles that I have made with the quick creation button have had comments turned off by default. I'm able to turn comments back on, but it's annoying to have to do this every time, even though I have community features turned on.

Steps to Reproduce

1. create an article with the quick creator (i've seen this issue in species, organisation, geography, and settlement templates specifically, unsure if it applies to all templates) 2. when you go to the article editor, "allow comments" are disabled in preferences
