TODO list issue, can't delete

My TODO list has items that I created years ago as a free member. Now, as a guild member, I can see these tasks and I can mark them as completed or even archive them, but there is no option to delete them. After looking into the Feature Guide for the TODO list, I see that I am missing the options re-open, change priority or close under the "Archived" section.

Steps to Reproduce

The options are not available for me. I would guess that this might be related to the fact that the items in my list were created years ago being a free user. I have tried reloading, deleting cookies and even another browser.

I don't know if this is the way it must work, but if I add a new item to my TODO list, the small pop-up that I get on the bottom-right corner of my screen actually shows all the options. I don't get the options if I click on the TODO List section of the sidebar, so this is a bit of an inconvenience.

I am also having this issue.   Edit: I have tried deleting the article that does not work, nor does archiving it and trying to delete it from there.   2nd edit: I have found a way to delete them but you cannot do it from just the list. You have to make a ToDo with the create button > press shift enter> archive. Then you can delete them. This is also the only way I have found to change the priorities(the color of the ToDo) as well.   You can also pin the ToDo list, a blue fish should appear, and you can edit it from there.

Items can only be deleted after they are archived. This is on purpose so you can have access to the things you have completed or archived. In the future the idea is that you can see what you achieved and when - you can always delete them if you wish from the archived list.

I do not have the option to delete to dos from the list of archived to dos. Here's a screenshot of what I see when I open up the archive part of the to do list, and the options I get if I click the little caret next to the box icon. Clicking the larger caret just takes me to the article.

Well, ticket's closed lol, I guess we won't get a fix for this

There's supposed to be a trash button that appears when you hover the archived TODO list item. It should be next to where the chevron appears in nnie's image. If you're in light mode (the white/beige backgrounds), try changing to dark mode to see if the button becomes visible when hovering the archived item. There may be a styling bug that makes the icon white (and therefore practically invisible on light mode).   Also, there are two TODO list components - the one on the sidebar and the one you see when you "pin" the TODOs to your bottom bar. Is this issue present on both lists when hovering the archived TODOs?

The issue is only present in the sidebar "TODO" seccion. You can archive and set the status (in progress, review, etc) but can't change priorities or delete archived items. If I use the pinned TODO list, I can change priorities and delete archived items without an issue, so this issue is specifically affecting the sidebar TODO list. I use dark mode so the styling issue does not seem to be the case (I have hovered with my mouse in the area where the buttons might be and get no response either)
