I recently imported a new map, but when I go to edit, there is no option to add new markers. I can edit older markers on other maps but cannot add any new ones to them either. I've tried signing in and out, but I'm not sure what else to do.

Steps to Reproduce

1. go to "Maps" 2. +Create Map 3. Choose file/Enter Title/ Create Map 4. No Option to add marker will appear.
