Draft articles show up in tagged lists even for anonymous

tagged list permissions: draft articles are private and shouldn't be shown anywhere until published.

Steps to Reproduce

create new article, leave it as draft, add a tag BLA

make a tagged list for tag BLA

article shows up in that tagged list

There's also a "feature request" about this. If this is (as I assume) is a bug, someone might want to close the feature request so people do not waste their points on it.
