Handouts page is making a window (of the handouts page) inside itself after a moment of it being open
I expected to be able to see the handouts that my DM was sending, instead I got a moment to look at it then the handouts page glitches and makes almost a window of the whole handouts page inside the frame of the other handouts page. It does not fix itself when the page is refreshed, and it only temporarily fixes itself if the tab is closed and re-opened. This has happened repeatedly for weeks, I use Google Chrome and my friends have experienced the same issue. I can provide photos, if contacted - I'm not the creator of the world so I don't know how to post the photos, sorry!
Steps to Reproduce
I just open the "handouts" screen and then wait about a minute, and it happens. Then it flashes and re-glitches, repeatedly.

My players have all been having this same glitch. As the ST, I have not noticed anything out of the ordinary on my end, but all my players have complained about it. I had one of them take a video, if that would be helpful.
A video would be very helpful if you can post a link to it :)
