Timeline is not loading all images in the Character and Organization buttons

I noticed that on my timeline, the character images for characters and organization don't all load, only the first 2 instances they show and then the button goes to initials, just as to with linked characters without an image.

(note in my timeline not all have linked characters and organizations have images)

I asked in Discord Help first, and SoulLink concluded that my timeline is hitting a security filter for the amount of images it tries to load. (please correct me if I'm wrong)
