Same issue--no menus.   Using the following: Google Chrome MacBook Air M2, 2022 Running macOS Sonoma 14.1   Also, does not work on Safari. However, it does work on my iphone.

A user who had a similar issue was using an older version of Safari on their Mac Device. They tried with Chrome and the newest Safari version and the UI interface now appears and works. Can you try this and let me know if it resolves your issue as well? For Windows, we are still investigating but trying to update your browser version or trying a different one might help.
