Hello! By "navigation bar isn't present" I presume you mean either the sidebar or the top bar (or more likely both). This behavior means the scripts that create those elements are either not loading in (likely due to security settings on the device) or are crashing (due to browser not supporting certain things in the code).   We do try to ensure that we support major standards-compliant browser versions that are current (last several versions of all main browsers) but there are a few outliers we have difficulty testing (Safari, ChromeOS, embedded browsers etc.).   If you open the browser console (right click or long click on something, then select "Inspect Element". A new panel should open, likely docked to the right or bottom edge of the tab. At the top of that panel should be several "tabs" - switch to the one that says Console) You should see an error saying "failed to fetch" or an error saying something along the lines of "Unhandled exception" from "main". If you could screenshot or let us know what the error says, we'll be able to help narrow down the issue.

Anothe common reason for this is that your Chromebook might be running an AdBlocker like Norton that it seems that sometimes blocks the WA interface
