Supporting NPC's vs. NPC's in GM Screen

I have a number of Supporting NPC's created and they show up in the general articles, but when I go into the GM Screen, only one of them is there in the "Supporting NPC's" list.

Steps to Reproduce

Open GM Screen and click "Manage NPC's" button

Hey RebRob Just to clarify - are you talking about character articles that you created in your world that do not appear as NPCs in your campaign?
