I am on google chrome and cleared cache/data and these features are still missing.

Just stopping by to mention that if you're not seeing the dropdowns to select related articles in addition to not seeing the sidebar, it may be the case that your browser might have Javascript disabled (either in the browser settings or via a plugin like Adblock or uBlock for example). If is NOT disabled, then your browser may be blocking our scripts because they come from another domain (we host many scripts on our CDN). If this is the case, you may need to whitelist wa-cdn.nyc3.cdn.digitaloceanspaces.com (our CDN)   If you see these reappear when you're in a different browser or using incognito (with plugins disabled) then this is most likely the cause.

fyi Norton anti track will disable your sidebar

Thanks for letting us know! We can let people know they need to whitelist us if they mention they use that extension. Sadly, we don't have a way to make Norton (or any other extension developer) whitelist us, and many seem to block any requests if they come from a different domain than what the browser is currently on.

Is there any update on this? I have no access to the side bar (and most of the features) on my web browsers (chrome & Edge). I even uninstalled norton based on the previous comment. The side bar works find on my Andriod phone however.

Hey Riehl310   Sadly that looks like a local issue with your specific PC or browser - have you removed also anti track or any ad blockers? Have you tried loading the website in incognito mode?

I have Uninstalled the Norton anti-tracker and it now works.
