COUNTRY Template doesn't work

When creating articles, country template doesn't work, switches to Organization as soon as country icon is clicked. Thanks for fixing.

Steps to Reproduce

Open Dashboard, click on Country icon to create an article.

This is working as intended. The Organization template covers country and the link is there to lead folks to the right template since not everyone makes this connection.
