instead of loading normally, the Edit Article page is loading without a background and an unnecessarily large space at the top. I've attached a picture, though with the dark background it's a little harder to see, my apologies. in addition, regardless of how I scroll, the moment I start typing, my screen jumps to put my line of type as close to the bottom of the screen as possible. in the picture, that would be around the 2nd line from the bottom of the editor.
