Cannot link locations/characters in session report

When I try to link a character, location, or try to remove one it does not save. The rest of the page gets saved and updated except for characters/locations.

Steps to Reproduce

Have a Session Report
Add or remove a character from RELATED CHARACTERS part.
Save.

Having a similar issue, but with linking organizations. Have tried to link myths, locations, items. None will save. Started a new world, same as before, but when trying to rename an article, will also not save.
