I downgraded one Tier, now my Worlds are locked

Hi, I downgraded one Tier to "Master Worldsmith" and now I cant access my worlds. The popup "No World or Character is Active" appears, and when I try to switch to one of my Worlds the following Website appears: "Naughty naughty little hobbitses... ... poking their nose where they shouldn't they had. You do not have any access to the page you tried to access. This is most commonly because you used to have a guild membership that expired and this is a private world. Keep in mind that you can always view your content (except from content in high tier features). If you wish to edit this world, you can renew your membership Keep in mind you can still view your world, just no editing. or Head to the Dashboard With kind regards The World Anvil Team" I do not understand why, my current tier should still be more than enough to access my Worlds. It is very frustrating, that all my work seems to be lost, since nearly all my articles are WIP.... Please help. Sincerely Chris

Steps to Reproduce

Hello there So your worlds are private so I will need a bit of help from you. Is there any chance that by downgrading you got yourself UNDER the limitations you had?

More Authors than Master allows

More subscribers than Master allows

More image space than Master has available?

If that is the case (at least for the first two) I can remove all subscribers/coauthors from your world (blindly) but as you understand this is a destructive process so I will need your OK.

Hi Dimitris, I think you are right, there are more Authors than the Master allows. Could you please remove them all? Thank You

And as a sidenote you should probably replace your username. Currently it is your email address. You can do so in the Account Management page. Unless of course you want everyone to know your email, but as its a outlook address I doubt that is supposed to be public.

Thank you for your help, I just changed my Username. But sadly I still can not access my World. Could you also delete the suscribers please?

Hey Tharkunori - there is a queue of tasks to be completed - I am pretty confident I can have you all fixed up today but please understand this is not really a bug so I have to do it in parallel.
