By chapters do you mean categories on your world?

If that is the case:

Have you by any chance disabled your table of contents from your World's Settings?

Do they have any published content in it? (Categories without content are not displayed )

I’m going to check my settings now but I did publish my first chapter and added a prologue .

My table of contents was not disabled.

I am sorry I just realised that you were not talking about your world but about one of your manuscripts.

Is both your chapter and the contents of your chapter published and public?

Yes , it is published .

And yes it’s public .

I decide to publish it again and it seemed like the issue was resolved as I did see chapter one in my table of contents . I then organized my editor , with the prologue , chapter 1 and chapter 2 with all being published . I check the view to see what viewers saw and it was gone again but at least the word count was still up .

Just checked and it’s all empty again including word count

Hey there :) Looking at the published version of your book I can see Chapter 1 published. Considering that nothing changed on the software and that nobody else has filed a report or upvoted this one I am compeled to say that this looks like user error.

Are you sure that you are not nesting your items deeper than 1 branch deep?

Can I please have a screenshot of your manuscript with the sidebar completely expanded?

I’m not sure what you mean by nesting but I will send the screen shot , how do i send you the screnshot ?.
