Parent Article Not Saving
When trying to assign parent articles in navigation, it isn't saving, despite manually triggering save and receiving confirmation that it did. Bug appears to be propagating in world through MacOS and Windows, and in Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Open Article 2. Go to Navigation 3. Assign parent article 4. Save article 5. Click on dashboard, article remains unassigned.

I'm the owner of the world in question here, I just went in to try setting a parent the article for the one linked with this issue and was able to do so. Both of the above folks who've commented on this issue have "editor" permissions on this world.
