Can you please specify what you mean by ". 4- Attempt to access the world you are now co-owner" what was the actual action taken that failed?

The world could not be accessed, full stop. In the drop down menu that allows you to choose which world you work on, the world was visible, but could not be selected.

there is no "drop down" to select a world. World Selection happens from here:  

  Is this what you mean? And by could not be selected you mean there was no button to activate or that the activate button did not work?  

That's what I meant, yes. and I mean that the activate button did not work.

Hello KalicoFox, unforunately I cannot reproduce this issue as I tried to access a co-owned world with a free account with no worlds/characters and I could connect to it as expected. If there is anything else you could tell me about your experience I can look into it more but right now I can't see an issue to fix.
