Notebook notes cannot be opened in new tabs

The notebook pages cannot be opened properly in a new tab. When trying to do so, the result is the following, on Chrome and Edge:

Steps to Reproduce

Open the notebook

Middle click (or right click => open in a new tab) on any note

The new tab contains html ("

Hi, opening a link in a new tab is a browser functionality. A website cannot deactivate that. Changing the implementation of these links so that they would work with this functionality would require a full rework.
