Categorization under Article button gone!

I have a very organized structure to my world, and I like to categorize everything under a group of primary articles. But the button to categorize an article under another one does not exist. Please fix this soon!

Steps to Reproduce

Create a new article, put a title, then go to the navigation section. There is not a button under Article Categorization
