How do you set up a Random Dice Table (D&D 5e)?

I am attempting to make a random dice table, but for some reason I cannot see the example that is mentioned in the description.

"Follow the example as displayed on the placeholder above. Do not use BBCode in the results contet" I am uncertain how to proceed if I do not have an example to build from.

Steps to Reproduce

Open a new statblock using the provided template for Random Dice Table for Dungeons & Dragons (5e)

Hello there :) If you want to set up a random table use the "Tables" system under the Advanced tools on the left hand side menu :) This is a much more reliable and faster system. Please let me know if you need more help with this.
