Header images on global posts sometimes embed as broken images, leaving only a sad icon in place of our lovely images. Clicking the icon takes you to the image's page on your world, so it was definitely selected and embedded, but encountered a hiccup along the way.   This seems to happen randomly, to me, and I sometimes see it with other users on the global feed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create new journal post from the Global Dashboard.   2. Select a header image as intended.   2a. Theory: Select an image that was just recently uploaded?   3. Submit journal post with a header image selected.   4. See if header image appears correctly, or as a broken image icon.
