Line Break Causing Cursor to Skip Text

After entering a line break
, I press enter to get to the next line when editing text. If there is text below the line with the break in it, the cursor will simply skip all the way down to the last bit of text in the "paragraph". This makes it hard to try and edit/organize all the text I put in to clean up later. I did notice I DO NOT have this problem if there are NO links, BBCode, or antyhing like that.

Steps to Reproduce

Enter a line of text and press enter to start a new line. Enter another line of text below. Go the the first line entered and turn it into the header (any size). After the line is turned into a header, go to the beginning of the line right under it and press Enter. The cursor skips the line instead of creating a space.

Hello there Hurricane - have you tried this on a different brower or in incognito mode? Can you please tell us what you see? The reason asking is because this might be caused by a plugin or extension. We have done no changes to this part of the code.

Sorry for the HUGE delay. I followed up on your suggestions. I tried incognito mode, and it seemed to work a little better honestly. I did notice that on any line I place a ... , that it still happens with that particular line.
