I'm also having this problem, though it's on my phone not windows. I was writing a journal entry, I tried to publish to character stream, and now I can't view or switch to that character anymore. It is also happening to me on Chrome and Firefox. My character I'm having trouble with is also called Jack, I wonder if it's a coincidence or if it's related haha.
