Can't create folders for stat blocks.

Can enter name in the popup panel, but the submit button will not respond to Shift+Enter, or clicking. This happened on both Windows and Android. This happened in Firefox, Chrome, and Edge.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the stat block tab 2. Click "Create Folder" 3. Type folder name in the popup panel 4. Submit the name to create folder

Hey, is the folder title you're trying to submit 3 letters or less? Statblock folder titles must be 4 letters or more or the panel won't let you sumbit it.
