Bescartha
Atop a long low rise overlooking the sea and adjacent to a river are the ruins of a town called Bescartha. Roughly 6,000 Kelmonite people lived here 280 years ago before being exterminated. It is now invested with Kobolds.
It looks to have been abandoned for 200 years and was likely close to 300 years old. What is left is mostly stone walls of the more sturdy structures (anything wood has long ago rotted). Trees and shrubs have reclaimed the land.
