Only wagers of tangible valuables are accepted unless Persuasion checks are passed against all active players.
Betting.
Starts with first player left of dealer and moves left in order - this player must bet, check (a 0 bet - only if no current bet) or fold.
follow on players can call (match/equalize to the current bet), check (if no bet yet), raise or fold (out for this hand)
If no players call a bet the betting player wins.
If all players check betting ends and the game continues.
Betting ends when all players still in the game have equalized on an amount
Play Options. After rolling dice in a round, players can attempt one of the following
Cheat. Sleight of Hand vs. Perception (reroll a die and take higher value, 2nd cheat in a game is at disadvantage, getting caught cheating worsens the entire tables disposition toward you.)
Intimidation. Intimidation vs. Insight (+1d6 on success, -1d6 on fail and one NPCs disposition worsens)
Fake "Tell". Deception or Performance vs. Insight (gain +1d6 on success or -1d6 on fail. Also one NPCs disposition worsens)
Witty Joke. Performance vs. DC 15 (gain +1d6 on success and improve the tables dispostion or -1d6 on fail and worsen the tables disposition.)
Throw off. (reroll a die and take the lower value, improve one NPCs disposition)
Risk.Shenanigans may have earned you some enemies.
After three wins or getting caught cheaing word gets around and nobody will play with you.
Reward.
You win the pot of coin. Define a random NPC who seeks you out (DM randomly determins if this is genuine impresson or a gold digger).
If you paced yourself you might have made some low-tier friends or allies.
