Taraxacam

Taraxacam was born on the moon paradise of Sertopia. Born in the mid season of spring he has always related to the Spring Eladrin persona. As he grew up in the commune he has never encountered strife or any type of bloodshed. He has heard stories of fights, battles and wars but has always dismissed them as ancient history and folklore. While raised in the thought process of a shared community, Taraxacam came to understand this in a warped sense of sharing. If he comes across something he or others he know are in need of he just picks it up thinking everything is there to be shared with those in need in the community and he is just helping the system along by picking up these items that he or others are in need of.
As he grew into a late teen early adult stage of 88 years, The community in which he lived became frustrated with his naivety, along with the fact that the know he did not realize how fortunate he was living in the commune and that he took everything for granted.
Several of the elders have for the past year had both one on one sessions with him as well as group sessions attempting to stress what civilizatuon was like as a whole. Both good and bad as well as laws and rules others outside the commune faced daily. After a year of making no progress with him, the elders decided that the best teaching method for him to become a more productive member of the community as a whole would be a first hand experience with reality.
Since Etolar was the closest planet that many still had contacts with it was decided that he was to live off-moon, so he could experience how different things are in the real world so he would grow to appreciate them more. He is to return on his one hundredth birthday bringing his experiences back. It is the hope of the council of elders that this will be the wake up call that he has been needing.
One of the elders has a trade associate located at the University of Lorcaster. Seeing the opportunity of a learning environment along with some of the challenges that occasionally came the institutes way, this was deemed the ideal place for Taraxacam to begin his path of knowledge.
He packs up his supplies and visits with the elders prior to leaving. They present him with leather armor crafted from animal skins imbued by Eladrin magics, so the leather appearance would change in appearance with the season of the Eladrin wearer. [Brian this will not be treated as a magic item, but just a cosmec effect to make roleplaying the changes of seasons easier and more outwardly appearing to those around me]. Another presented supplies for travel, the last presented weapons. While Taraxacam is fluent in the use of bows, from hunting, axes, from chopping wood, and some swordplay from children’s games growing up, none has he ever used in defense or as a weapon of attack.
