Xun Dynasty

For 20 generations, the eldest living son of the previous emperor has ruled the empire.  Until the last 20 years, the Dynasty has been highly Xenophobic of the other races and cultures.  Aggressive tradesman and explorers have been known to but put to death by public execution along with their entire crew or entourage.
However recent diplomatic efforts (on neutral ground) have apparently convinced the Hadai rulers and people that there is value and benefit to be had by the intersection of cultures.
