Shadow Council Member 1 (a.k.a. The Boss)

The first Shadow Council Member, presumingly the leader, Is wearing black clothes and a black mask that help them cover up completly. Their mask is believed to be one of the first items ever made from Vanta-Steel. They are one of the 4 founders of UFP but nothing else is known about them. Rumors say they are also the youngest of the 4 Shadow Council Members. Some UFP high ranking officers claim to have seen them walking around the production facilities, but other than that, no one has really ever seen them or knows where to find them.
