Shadow Council Member 3 (a.k.a. The Grim Reaper)

The 3rd Shadow Council member is as misterious as his other members. Never seen in public before, some soldiers claimed to have seen this Shadow Council member sitting in an armored vehicle in the Pyrenees. Wearing all black as the other members, and having a mask similar to the one of the second Shadow Council Member, the 3rd Shadow Council Member does not have any defining features, other than the silvern details on their mask, which is probably made out of Vanta-Steel as well.

The mask of the 3rd Shadow Council Member is just like the one of the second Shadow Council Member, exposing their neck adn eyes. Having a few silvern details, it is also a similar in a way to the mask of the 1st Member. It's his mask that gives him the Nick name "Grim Reaper" since it seems to resemble a Skull.
