The 3d Marine Raider Battalion deployed covertly to the island of Isla Sula, a semi-narco state off the Northern Coast of Venezuela

Run by the Los Cazados drug cartel, the deployment was with the intent of dismantling the cartel and returning the non-puppet politicians to power. This is done with the intention of combating the severe drug trade coming into the United States from Isla Sula and South American nations.
