The Blindfolded Phantom

The Blindfolded Phantom is a mysterious individual. Described as a self-proclaimed "phantom thief", this mysterious criminal goes around the world stealing several paintings and jewelry without leaving a trace of their whereabouts. He is elusive to the guardian's pursuits and taunts their enemies with their signature calling card that has a top hat logo on its backing.   For many years, no Adventurer, Guardian, or magician couldn't catch the elusive thief. As his heists continued, many began to write stories about him, adored by his mystique, and even sold the Blindfolded Phantom in some black markets.   However, the government became frustrated and desperate to stop his heists, they offered a large sum of Lapi to whomever caught the Phantom.

Physical Description

Apparel & Accessories

There are many rumors about the criminal due to them making any appearances very rarely to the public. However, many have reported that the Phantom is wearing a black tuxedo suit you've seen in balls, a black cane, a black top hat, and a theatrical mask that represents comedy. True to their name, they also wore a black blindfold around their mask.

Social

Contacts & Relations

While some rumors affiliated them to criminal groups such as Black Seers, they are mostly worked independently and sometimes change their alliances to evade the Guardian's capture.

Speech

There are rumors that the Phantom was soft-spoken with a youthful voice. Some said that their voice has baritone that would charm even the cold-hearted ladies.   Regardless of those unconfirmed facts, the Guardians did learn that the Phantom tended to mix their speech with Litera and Gallico words. According to their reports, they also declared their presence in Litera, "Bene factum est vespere mi chasers." or "Good evening, my chasers". And when they were about to leave, they said the Gallico farewell, "Adieu" to their pursuers.
