Appearance

His putrid, undead body is pocked with vile sores, pestilent buboes and oozing wounds. Filthy green hair frames his abominable face, whose horrific countenance is illuminated by his yellow-green eyes. If he so wishes, he can open extra eyes to see beyond the mundane or unhinge and open up his jaw to sprout forth abominable, green tendrils. The necromancer is clad in otherworldly, ritualistic attire. Each thread reeks of saronite and its surface is riddled with runes of darkness and death, aiming to amplify his necromantic powers. Several shadowy effigies of Yogg-Saron and the Cosmic Plague dangle from his ever-decaying armor, laying bare his eldritch loyalties.

Background

Blightheart is a master of the dark arts and a powerful necromancer. As of late, his necrotic magic is somehow laced with the touch of Yogg-Saron, saronite energies forming each spell's wicked core. Additionally, Blightheart's entire being has been remade by his main deity, the starbrood Xa'sugoth, binding his soul and body to the endless stars above and the lightless abyss below. With his being cleansed of the Scourge's influence, Blightheart now seeks to make Xa'sugoth's every vision a reality and attempts to bring back the Black Empire, so that all is bathed in euphoric madness.
