Dawn, the Dragon's Claw

Dawn is Dame Lilly Blazepast's greatsword, forged from a mixture of true silver and mithril, crafted in a way that is both special and secret, only known to few smiths of Eastweald.
The blade itself is nigh unscathed and as white as hot metal. Its strength and sharpness are undoubtedly unnatural, having been applied 'dweomers' or commonly known as witchcraft. Along the base of the blade, there are three golden glowing runes of arcane separated by a dot between each, etched upon the weapon by its current owner. Dame Lilly received the sword as a gift from an apothecary of the Rotgarde named Carpathia Lynch, who had picked it up on her way back from a journey. In the heat of battle, the greatsword brightly shimmers red, yellow, and blazing white.
The sword is adorned with an ornamented crossguard and a purple jewel for a pommel. The weapon's scabbard is jeweled with gems and golden lines at the bottom and top. Instead of old-fashioned leather, the sheath is made of darkened dragon scales.
