Kotal, Butcher of Shattrath

Spoken either in reverence or in disdain, the story of Kotal is often told at orcish campfires. A warrior with few peers, Kotal is said to have cut a bloody swathe through the old Horde's enemies ... though it is said in the end, he was consumed by his bloodlust and by the sickly corruption of the Burning Legion ...
It is unclear how many of his exploits - both heroic and profane - are based in reality, with many myths and folk-parables being told of his orc's life.
