About
Owleye was born in a small Village in the Eastweald, nowadays known as Terrordale. He grew up in poor circumstances. When the Scourge attacked, he got risen as a mindless Ghoul, later freed by the Banshee Queen and joined the Forsaken, serves the Dark Lady since then as a loyal Soldier.
Owleye fought in many wars for the Forsaken, lost Units, and joined new ones. After the happenings when Sylvanas left the Horde, he had a big decision to make, decided to leave his current Unit, which remained Horde aligned, and fled into the Alterac Mountains. There, he stumbled into another Unit, still loyal to the Banshee Queen, called
Rotgarde. He joined their cause. Since then, Owleye serves this Unit as Deathstalker and Batrider.
The two paths
Owleye served the Queensguard for two years before massively changes happened again for him.
Rejoining the Horde, after all, that they had done, wasn't an option for the Deathstalker. A lot of circumstances, among other things, abandoning their former allies of the Grim Gest, made him desert his Unit, during the Hellfire Peninsula Campaign. He fled back to Lordaeron, where he met the Grim Gest again and decided to join them.
