Sainur Ironfist
About
Known by some as a mighty warrior on the field of battle, yet known by others as a completely insane loon - the battle-scarred veteran known as Sainur Ironfist continues to wander the world, and now serves under the League of Modimus as well.Appearance
Skin greyed like ash, with innumerable scars all over. The worst disfigurement of it all; a large, blackened piece of shrapnel that is embedded into his skull, diagonally above his right eye. The Dark Iron displays a beard well-kept, decorated with simple ropes and strings whilst also sporting an orange-crested mohawk, kept upright by grease. Sainur's nose is thick and wide like the Dwarves of yore, heavily scarred like scratch marks etched upon a worn rock. His eyes are like a gleaming, fiery ruby - with his eyebrows usually found in a frowned position, adorning his ever grim face. And unlike most Dark Iron dwarves, his beard is not on fire. Perhaps he is not a full descendant of the Dark Iron clan, or perhaps he never served Ragnaros? Who can tell...Background
Sainur witnessed the barbarism of the Orcish Hordes when he was still a little lad. A green tide spewed forth from the accursed portal... and in the turmoil of the First and Second War, Sainur's work as a smith and miner became irreplaceable. Being one of few Dark Irons that did not serve Ragnaros, he had no mountain to hide in, and Ironfist himself participated in many skirmishes during the Orcish Wars, particularly against the Bleeding Hollow clan that ran rampant across Khaz Modan, with Ironforge and Gnomeregan being one of the last standing bastions. Though as the Dwarf did age, and time passed as it did, he would eventually venture back to his home and hearth of Khaz Modan after having laid low for quite some time. It was not before long however that his lust for adventure began to tingle again... from Loch Modan to Lordaeron and from The Howling Fjord to Winterspring - he has traveled far and wide; over the mountain, through a forest, under the stone - aiding the Alliance wherever possible... be the forging of an axe, mercenary work, or causing a tavern brawl. With the Fourth War ended and much bloodshed later, the former mercenary now finds himself within the League of Modimus. A true dwarven patriot indeed...
