Shavka of Grenstad, called Longstrider by many. While on the one hand she appears an illiterate simple-minded pagan with a dialect most struggle to decipher, she has fostered herself a reputation of a fast runner and remorseless killer when the situation has need of it. She is often seen wearing a brightly coloured feather headdress and thick, vicious warpaint.

Background

One of the many orphans scattered across Lordaeron after the Culling of Stratholme, Shavka was taken in by Clan Rothmere of Grenstad, earning her place in the world fighting tooth and nail against the neighbouring Witherbark Tribe of Arathi. Following her turbulent childhood and a subsequent life as a drifter north of the Thandol Span, Shavka attained the dubious prestige of a Ranger of Lordamere, traveling with their company until a calamitous split in Stromgarde. Ever since her time among the rangers, Shavka appears to have picked up numerous strange habits, including a deathly fear of fire and a primitive worship for secretive deities. She now works as a mercenary for the Sunnyglade Ratters.
