Artem City

Artem City is an independent city state residing in the center of Alaska. Founded by Alexi Goramav after the Alaska Handover, The Big Five, companies that went on to become the city's most powerful corporations, provided investment as well as direct development assistance. As a direct result, all five got exclusive lobbying rights, leading to laws and legislation that leave them almost completely to their own devices.
Artem City resides on a massive platform that governs the city's climate as well as that of its outskirts.
