Blighted Abyss

House Velkyn Manor stands at the edge of the Blighted Abyss. No light makes its way back out of the Abyss, it seems to saturate the air with blackness. Motes of dark energy float above the abyss. Those that stare into the abyss feel as though something is looking back. Those who have entered the Abyss have never returned the same. Most that have entered the Blighted Abyss did so unwillingly.
