Eclipse

Weapon (chakram), uncommon (requires attunement by a moonelf druid) Simple weapon, melee weapon, thrown 2 lb. 1d6 slashing - light
This silver-bladed chakram glimmers softly with moonlight. Attack rolls made with this magic weapon, deal 1d6 damge with a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it. While holding Eclipse you gain a +1 bonus to spell attack rolls and the saving throw DCs of your druid spells. In addition, you can use Eclipse as a spellcasting focus for your druid spells.   When you cast a spell that restores hit points, you can roll a d4 and add the number rolled to the amount of hit points restored, provided you are holding the chakram.   Thrown Weapon. Eclipse has the thrown property, with a normal range of 20 feet and a long range of 60 feet. When you hit with a ranged weapon attack using it, the target takes an extra 1d6 slashing damage, or an extra 2d6 bludgeoning damage if Eclipse is in direct moonlight. Each time you throw the weapon, it flies back to your hand after the attack. If you don't have a hand free, the weapon lands at your feet.   Light. A light weapon is small and easy to handle, making it ideal for use when fighting with two weapons. thrown.   Thrown. If a weapon has the thrown property, you can throw the weapon to make a ranged attack. If the weapon is a melee weapon, you use the same ability modifier for that attack roll and damage roll that you would use for a melee attack with the weapon. For example, if you throw a handaxe, you use your Strength, but if you throw a dagger, you can use either your Strength or your Dexterity, since the dagger has the finesse property.
