Haunting at Briars Rest

Apparently there is an unrully spirit disturbing the dearly departed. Staff do not know where this spirit came from but they have reached out to several parties to get the spirit removed. They would prefer to help the spirit find peace, but if need be other means will also be acceptable.

Quest to enter the Lair of my enemy and retrieve a rare artifact.

Offering to pay 1000 for total payment. Half upfront, and other half upon delivery of the artifact.
