She had private tutors and among the other ladies of her age group, she was the most popular one for her slight foreign beauty. Through plenty of trial and error, she succeeded in a crazy world. She and her to be husband became ill, he was laid low by the sickness leaving her unwed while being weakened by the disease leaving her several years in bedrest.
After regaining her strength she never looked for another man, but eventually her father decided enough was enough and brought her to Egypt to help him in his work, while there he heard rumor of an wealthy trader looking for an wife, and looking to strengthen his ties in the local merchant society brought Ahit to several parties hosted by his local partner Walidah.
Her father eventually became sick, and shortly dying leaving Ahit stranded in Egypt.
Walidah Aedesia, whom had several dealings with her father eventually took her in as his assistant, later the same year Walidah Aedesia revealed herself to be a woman to Ahit, and explaining she took her in to save her from the fate a local merchant had planned for her. She decided to serve Walidah, and while workings as her assistant she furthered her own knowledge, using the books she had access to in walidah small library. Eventually Walidah Aedesia started teaching, and later revealing to be an vampire who took Ahit to the mountain for her trials.
She passed, and was Fledged by Walidah, serving her for several decades.
Eventual striking out in the mountain and studying what caught her interest, becoming more of an physical problem solver mixing the physical arts with her occult knowledge.
But things could change quickly; she is currently enjoying the world and its beauty. She feels like there's more incredible sights to behold in this world. Luckily, she has plenty of resources to support her and time.
She is currently single. Her most recent romance was with a man called Graham Eldrige, who was younger than her.
