Notes

It is clear that humanity is a small fish in a large sea and great predators swim the depths. The V'sori empire is but a sample of what is out there and they were but narrowly defeated by the efforts of many super powered individuals and the Atlanteans ending their long self imposed hiding of coarse. But the Atlanteans originally hid from something that prowled the depths of space. It is clear that we need to be stronger and understanding the super powered condition is the key. The V'sori were on to something with their genetic labs and drone program, the data I managed to extract from their labs in Star City has proven invaluable, I believe that if I can crack the code on the super powered humanity will have a weapon that can see it triumphant across the galaxy. To that end I have been building up a network of facilities and support to gather and test genetic material. Unfortunately one of my early facilities in Baltimore was compromised and several test subjects lost. I have decided that a pseudonym be in order lest my data protection not be sufficient in the future, Dr Nul will do nicely.
