Zheng Jing (a.k.a. The Dragon)

Leader of the Star City triad, Zheng Jing was part of the smuggling operation that kept the resistance supplied during the occupation, this lent her a large degree of leniency and respect following the occupation.
She used that position to expand into a successful multinational restaurant empire.
Officially she is now a respectable business woman but in reality she still runs the Triad out of Star City. Within the Triad she is second only to the dragon heads back in China.
