Sévas - The Moon
The god of love in all its myriad forms - romantic, sexual, platonic, familial, etc. Sévas is a powerful reminder that in a world of magic, monsters, gods both good and evil, our strongest bonds should be with those we care about. He also represents change and the many faces one wears in life - husband/wife, lover, friend, father/mother, son/daughter.
Sévas serves as both a foil and a lover to Olsír - she often represents ambition without compassion, while Sévas cares more for compassion and less for the progress of civilization. Together they serve well in maintaining The Balance.
Divine Portfolio
In addition to being the God of Love and disciplined change, Sévas is a God of charity and hospitality alongside Patír, and is the patron god of shapeshifters (particularly lycanthropes) and many tricksters, ruling over illusions and similar magic that could change one's form. Outside of his gentler domains, Sévas is also the patron deity of wolves, and is one part of the Triad of the Hunt, meaning many hunters will whisper a quiet prayer to the moon before travelling outDivine Relationships & Shared Portfolios
